Contract Personnel Staffing
Contract based personnel staffing can be an effective solution to staffing needs where companies expect an increase in labor over a specific timeframe as would occur with new projects or temporary positions. It can allow Amerapex to utilize some of our high level permanent staff to fill these positions on a contract basis.
All Human Relations issues are handled by Amerapex for our contract based employees including co employment and statutory compliance items.
Permanent Placement Staffing
Amerapex provides recruitment services for permanent placement hires. The procedure in general terms is to agree upon a fee basis with the Client followed by confirming the position’s technical requirements, expected compensation range, and any relocation issues. Our recruiters will then initiate a focused search and locate compliant candidates. Internal interviews will be scheduled allowing the Amerapex recruiters to assess technical and personal skills of candidates. The Client is engaged with candidate resumes and subsequently interviews are scheduled. Once a candidate is selected then an on-boarding process is started. The candidate then becomes a direct hire employee of the Client. A probationary period of employment can be incorporated if requested.

Amerapex arranges for Drug & Alcohol Testing, Background Checks, Training, and any special Client requirements.
Amerapex has worked with Clients within the USA including Alaska, and at international locations such as Iraq, Libya, Angola, Canada, and Indonesia among others.
