POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include monitoring and controlling of various types of contracts, ensuring Legal, Commercial, Safety, Insurance, Environmental and Quality compliance is maintained, and the Company’s objectives are achieved. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the gathering of documentation, communicating with the relevant areas of the Company, and communicating with Company’s clients and vendors. 

Pay rate: $40,000/Annually

JOB DUTIES (may include, but not limited to):

• Working closely with Legal, Commercial, Insurance, Safety, and others to collect documents required by vendors and clients during the onboarding process and proactively gather and distribute the documents to efficiently complete the process

• Communicating professionally with clients and vendors

• Assisting with the contract review process as directed and monitoring issues until satisfactory resolution

• Implementing the risk management process, reviewing risk registers, and checking risk controls

• Conducting weekly reviews of progress, conducting follow-ups with internal and external parties, and alerting relevant stakeholders within the Company

• Working to continuously improve procedures

• Taking responsibility as the main point of contact who will ensure that all requests from clients and vendors are handled in an efficient manner

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma, required
