POSITION SUMMARY:
Amerapex Corporation seeks a qualified individual to fill the position of Maintenance & Reliability Consultant. This temporary position will join our Mechanical Integrity department, primarily working remotely but with occasional required travel to client facility as part of project delivery.
JOB DUTIES:
- Provide maintenance & reliability technical supervision and support to project team
- Population and update of client Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with equipment manufacturer data to develop planned maintenance program
- Assess and determine spares strategies and establish minimum/maximum levels and implement for client facility
- Determine OEM planned maintenance schedules to establish baseline maintenance program
- Conduct occasional planned site visits as part of project delivery
JOB DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 to 10 years relevant experience in maintenance and/or reliability, specifically in Energy-related industry (i.e., Offshore, Refineries, Petrochemicals, etc.)
- Previous offshore direct experience strongly preferred, but not mandatory
- Willingness and availability to travel internationally
- Previous experience working with and updating CMMS software platforms
- Experience working with multiple equipment types, such as but not limited to, pumps, motors, instrumentation, electrical, etc.
- Previous experience in stores/warehouse spares management and optimization preferred, but not mandatory
EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Certified Maintenance / Reliability professional to SMRP or equivalent, required
- Fluent English speaker, required
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field desired, but not mandatory
