POSITION SUMMARY:

Amerapex NDT, LLC seeks several qualified individuals to fill the position of Rope Access Inspector. This position will join our Rope Access department and report to the Rope Access Manager.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Conduct all techniques and expertise required of Rope Access Level I, II, or III.
  • Fulfill duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely manner.
  • Ensure operational safety of all equipment.
  • carry out API internal and external inspections.
  • Perform reports and submit accordingly.
  • Willing to travel across United states, as needed.

JOB DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Driver’s License, required
  • Up to date TWIC card, required
  • Up to date SPRAT/IRATA level I, II, or III certification form, identification card and logbook, required
  • Complete and pass DISA urine, alcohol, hair follicle and oral, as well as background, required
  • Up to date CPR, AED, First Aid Certification, required
  • API 510-570-653-936 certification, required
  • NACE Level I, II, or III certification, preferred
  • CWI certification, preferred
  • Radiation safety certification, required
  • Texas industrial radiographer certification ID card, preferred
    • 1T = Radioactive Materials (Trainer)
    • 2T = X-Ray Machines (Trainer)
    • 3T = Both [RAM & X-Ray] (Trainer)
      • UTT, MT, PT Level I and II classroom training certificates and OJT forms (signed/completed), required
        • UTT: 400 hrs.
        • PT: 210 hrs.
        • MT: 280 hrs.
      • Current or previous employer’s certification summary (Level II: UTT-MT-PT-RT) with ASNT Level III signature, preferred
      • RTR (Open Vision) experience, required
      • API 578 certification or PMI qualification, preferred

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or GED
